What should you post during the week?

Combine introductions, product explanations, answers to questions, behind-the-scenes content and invitations to buy. Give each post one purpose. This practical plan can be adapted to your time and capacity.

Days 1–2: introduce the problem and solution

On day one, explain who you help and the challenge they face. On day two, show one product or service as a solution. Use real photos and specific benefits. For meeting food packs, explain portions, menu options and delivery times.

Days 3–4: build understanding and trust

On day three, answer a recurring question about pricing, sizes, care or delivery areas. On day four, show your process. Obtain permission before sharing testimonials and preserve the customer’s meaning. Never replace real evidence with invented reviews.

Days 5–7: help customers decide

On day five, explain who the product suits. On day six, share a short usage guide. On day seven, make a clear invitation: ‘Send your date and number of participants to check availability.’ Mention limited stock or deadlines only when true.

Review before repeating

Record topics, enquiries, clicks and orders. Compare posts against their intended purpose. Educational content may generate questions, while an offer may generate bookings. Use these observations to plan the next week and clarify anything customers still find confusing.
